We currently ship to Switzerland & Liechtenstein and Germany. For all other international orders, please contact us directly at info@drtytlk.com. We will then check your request and inform you as quickly as possible whether and how the delivery can be carried out.

In the rare event that one of our products develops a defect, we offer a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase on all of our products. If there is a defect when you receive the piece of jewelry, you have the opportunity to contact us within 14 days using the form and receive a free replacement.

If the damaged item is no longer in stock, you will be credited with the original purchase price. If you would like to use our warranty service, we ask you to contact us using the contact form with your order number and a picture of the defective item.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage caused by normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage caused by an accident.
