1.     SCOPE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1.   All purchases made on the Dirtytalkjewelry website are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1.2.   By using this website, you agree to the applicable laws, which are available on the Dirtytalkjewelry website, including the provisions regarding the protection of personal data. Dirtytalkjewelry requests that you read them carefully before using the services offered on this website.

4.     ORDERS

4.2.   Orders you place with Dirtytalkjewelry on this website are subject to maximum quantities. The maximum quantity per product ordered is 10 units.

4.3.   Dirtytalkjewelry offers its products for sale on this website while stocks last.

 

5.     ORDER CONFIRMATION

5.1.   An order placed by you on this website is considered accepted when it is confirmed by an email from Dirtytalkjewelry.

5.2.   Dirtytalkjewelry reserves the right to refuse an order without specifying the motif.

5.3.   The data registered by Dirtytalkjewelry constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or transaction. The data registered by the payment system constitutes irrefutable proof of the financial transaction.

 

6.     PRICES

6.1.   The prices to be paid for the goods you order are those indicated on this website on the date of your order, including VAT but excluding delivery costs.

6.2.   Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.

6.3.   The prices of the limited-time offers are only valid during the specified period.

6.4.   Dirtytalkjewelry reserves the right to change its prices and delivery costs at any time. However, increases will not affect current orders.

 

7.     DELIVERY

7.1.   All orders confirmed by Dirtytalkjewelry will be delivered to the address indicated on the order.

7.2. For orders over CHF 54.95, we offer free shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders with a lower value, shipping costs of CHF 4.95 apply.

For deliveries within the EU, we offer free shipping for orders over EUR 60.00. For orders below this value, we charge a shipping fee of EUR 7.99.

7.3.   Dirtytalkjewelry strives to ship within three to seven business days of receiving an individual order. This information is subject to change without notice.

7.4.    Dirtytalkjewelry assumes no liability for any items damaged during delivery. Risk and benefit are transferred to the customer upon shipment of the items.

7.5.   If we ship abroad, this will be done without Swiss VAT. All other applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Refusal of acceptance does not release the buyer from the purchase, and in the event of rejection, the entire invoice amount is due. Reshipments are subject to a fee.

 

8.     PAY

8.1.   Payment of the price of the goods is made via Paypal, credit or debit card, advance payment or Twint when ordering.

8.2.   Your credit card details are encrypted for security reasons and are not stored by Dirtytalkjewelry.

8.3.   The delivered goods remain the property of Dirtytalkjewelry until they have been paid for in full.

 

9.     WARRANTY

If the purchased item is defective and we acknowledge it, we are entitled, at our own discretion, to either remedy the defect or provide a replacement. Further claims by the buyer, regardless of the legal grounds, are excluded.

 

10.   RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The return must be notified to info@drtytlk.com. The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from receipt of the goods.

 

11.   JURISDICTION

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Zurich, Switzerland, for both parties.

 

12.   FINAL PROVISIONS

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
